I am a UX designer with a background in graphic design, marketing and interior design. I use my design and marketing skills to understand what people are attracted to. My background in graphic marketing has helped me learn how to think quickly and present projects in a timely manner, while keeping in mind the look and outcome. My background in interior design helps me to empathize with clients and help bring their ideas and inspiration to life, keeping me very client focused in all of my work.
I am based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. I grew up here in Utah just a little while south of Salt Lake City. I grew up loving all things creative. A passion I took on really young was photography. I would take my moms camera and take pictures of my dog and my friends. Photography really got me into all types of editing software, especially photoshop. Going into high school I took all of the photoshop and Adobe software classes that I could, just because I loved it so much. The
While in college I scored a great job working for a custom home builder as their interior design assistant. I worked with so many new clients frequently and truly learned the greatness of helping peoples ideas and dreams come to life.
Though I’ve loved all of my paths of finding my true purpose, I found that UX/UI design could combine all of my strengths and give my work and efforts meaning.
So here I am, after taking the UX Design Immersive course through General Assembly, I am now a UX/UI Designer.
